Show up and give yourself the space to look back at this year and beyond, to celebrate and acknowledge yourself, to see what is working for you and what isn't, reflect on all ares of your life, your relationships, your work, your relationship to yourself. Connect with what lies beyond the daily tasks to see what it is you want to call in, to add to your life, and to stop doing also. Remind yourself of your wins, joys and gratitudes! You will be guided during the workshop to look back, and project yourself into your future to set intentions and realistic ways to step into them. Come with a journal, pen and an open heart and mind!
END THE WORKSHOP WITH:
