We only accept returns if your item arrived damaged. All other orders are final sale. If your order arrived damaged please contact us with your order number, and a photo and we will ship you a new one!
Yes, we do ship internationally! And yes, shipping across the world or even to our neighbors up north can be pricey! But, those are real shipping costs. We actually charge you a little less than what it really costs us, so no we are not making money off of shipping.
Who pays duties for International/US shipments?
Customs fees are never the vendors responsibility, they are an import, not an export charge, and we can't tell in advance if they will be charged, or how much they will be.
Any duties, if incurred, are the responsibility of the buyer.
In general, for Canadian shipments, our products are typically exempt however there are exceptions that occur depending on the customs processing officer. For other countries, it seems it depends on the customs processing as well. We rarely hear of customers having to pay duties, but it does happen and is just a part of International shopping and shipping.
Your Joyologist does accurately mark the package with appropriate documentation to help expedite the customs process.
We typically ship via US postal service, First Class and Priority, depending on the size and weight of the package. You always have the option to choose Priority over First Class as it is the faster option. We are able to rush orders and ship them via UPS or Fedex as well. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your shipment.
Orders ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.
Your Joyologist is not responsible for domestic or international items lost via the USPS.
We respect the privacy of our customers and clients. No information will be shared with any third parties, except in the case of the shipping carrier that will deliver your package. Your payment information is kept under lock in key in a secure server. We don't even see it ourselves.
